Note: fixed PC Board with self-tapping screws directly, larger screw spacing, plate more easily damaged by stress.
(2) the size of screw holes must consider the PC Board of the contraction of summer and winter seasons and night different. In General, the aperture should be larger than the minimum diameter of the screw screws 2~4mm to reserve room for expansion
(3) screw hole location away from the PC when too close to the edge of the Board, very easily lead to broken plates, in General, the screw hole location away from the PC Board edges are 2.5 times more than double the diameter of screw holes. For example 4mm diameter of screw, the screw hole location at least away from the PC Board edge to more than 1cm.
(4) do not lock the screws too tight, or the deformation and stress.
(5) the locking screw is best not to use on the PC on the self tapping screws, or stress and the stress increases depending on thickness increases.
(6) to reduce the direct pressure of screw to wood, free washer filled cushions, PVC gaskets and rubber rings can destroy the PC Board, available for use. Recommend the use of gaskets made of EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, and neoprene.
